This company as a producer of raw materials in chemical industry has been registered as a limited liability company in Companies Registration Department of Tehran in 2004.

After buying the office and getting business cards in 2009, according to the general assembly meeting this company changed from limited liability to privet join stock company. This company after acquiring a good business success in Iran has tried to establish other offices in China, Shandong City, and Hong Kong in the Mangkok city.

This company is also a member of chamber of commerce of many companies like Iran, china, Germany, Austria, and as the holder of ISO 9002 standard chemicals is proud to introduce as the first trading company with all effort of all staffs.
